The 264FS features an agile frame that comfortably and safely provides room for your entire crew. Dual bucket seats with flip-up bolsters swivel to face the rear L-shaped lounge, which also doubles as a sun pad. The spacious adult-sized bow section on the FS also provides seat storage and drink holders in the gunwale. The ergonomically designed helm station features full instrumentation with low-glare night lighting. The sleek appearance is highlighted by fog resistant gauges, backlit weatherproof switches, and a sleek black steering wheel with a silver insert. A full fiberglass head and a large swim platform with telescoping recessed boarding ladder make for safe and comfortable family outings.

Custom Graphics, Windshield with Stainless Steel Cap, and an MB Quart upgraded stereo and speaker package are just a few of the exciting options that come on the 264FSX. Also available is the optional aluminum folding sport arch with ski tow. The cockpit is loaded with features including a wetbar, L-shaped seating with three position sun island lounging feature, and a sleek redesigned helm.

FIVE-STEP DESIGN PROCESS. We employ a unique 5 step process that starts with benchmarking our own product. After creating a list of enhancements, we engage in creating a 3-D conceptual rendering of a model. Once completed, we can begin to process amenities ? laying out mechanical, electrical and structural plans. Our conceptual drawings take advantage of time/space, which enables our design team to hone in on an exact plan of success at a very early stage...allowing you to enjoy our models before our competition has time to pick up a pencil.
REVOLUTIONARY COMPUTER PROGRAMS. Armed with the most sophisticated design software technology, we have multiple seats of Unigraphics and AutoCAD. Crucial items such as Center of Gravity can be accurately measured and determined well ahead of the production process. Keeping our team at the forefront of technology keeps you in the most technologically advanced boat on the water.
FULL-SCALE MODELS. After we completely design and test the boat and its components on the computer, we then build a large, full-scale model. Our engineers spend painstaking time creating our pre-prototype, which is pre-owned to further determine functionality of the model. We measure performance, interior layout, amount of storage, etc. A pre-prototype is an extra step that our competition does not embrace because it?s more work, but our team believes more work means a superior product for you.
PROTOTYPES. Once our rigorous pre-prototype analysis is complete, we move on to the prototype. While creating it, we?re also developing structural instructions on how to build the boat for our manufacturing team. It?s not uncommon for us to build 3 to 4 prototypes, whereas most companies only build one?if any.
DAYS OF TESTING. The prototype is put through its paces. Countless hours are spent on each model, monitoring performance, electronics, engines and overall endurance. We also have representatives from our engine manufacturers onsite.
TWO-PRONGED APPROACH. Design efforts are effectively divided into 2 categories: current models and new product. This allows our company to continually perfect our current boat models, while also bringing all-new designs to life.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. Based on direct feedback from our dealers, sales managers and select customers on how we can make our accolade-achieving designs even better, our team introduces numerous model enhancements to our product line each year, keeping the models fresh and on the cutting edge.
COMPLETE COMPLIANCE. All Monterey models meet/exceed Coast Guard regulations. All Monterey model designs are also ISO compliant, ABYC compliant and NMMA Certified. All Monterey models built for export are CE approved.
PROVEN INNOVATION. Engineering innovation is what separates us from our competition. Take for instance our Air Assist Chine, which provides additional
lift while reducing drag by drawing air under the hull. Reducing hydrodynamic drag increases fuel efficiency, and allows the boat to stay on plane at optimal speeds of 18-22 mph. Our Air Assist Chine also provides tighter cornering and more precise handling.
