OBO 2004 Sea Doo Sportster 4-tec Jet Boat

2004 Sea Doo Sportster 4-tec Jet Boat. I am not a dealer. I own this boat and have personally used it and maintained it.I am a mechanical engineer who is detailed and particular.I am selling it because I recently bought a Ski Nautique for my wife to water ski. Thus I no longer need this boat. This is a wonderful boat and I have loved owning it. But if you want to waterski and only waterski, there is nothing like a Nautique. This boat is great to cruise, sun bathe, go fast, party, and hang out. It is also fine for tubing, skiing, and light water sports. But if you are going to be serious about only water skiing, get a Nautique.This boat has never been broken down, and only required routine maintenance which I have done myself. It has never seen the inside of a service shop.This boat has closed loop cooling (like your car), and I flushed and changed the antifreeze as required. It was easy and I used extended life coolant with distilled water. It is good for four more years now. This is a great feature for saltwater, though I have never used it in saltwater. I winterized this boat each year before placing it in my basement for winter. That means Sta-bil in the gas prior to the last run of the season, fogging the cylinders with fogging oil, and filling the raw water passages with environmentally safe antifreeze (though I probably didn't need to do this).I have regularly changed the oil and filter and use Mobil-1 synthetic oil. It has been changed for the new season and is ready to go. The spark plugs have been changed and the fuel filter has as well. The trailer wheels are greased and the lights all work. The boat is stored inside my basement in the winter and in my garage throughout the season as you will see in the pictures. It does not stay in the water overnight. I trailer it and garage it.This boat and trailer combined are under 2000 lbs, making them towable by about anything. I used a small Subaru Forester.It comes with a Bimini Top, as well as a full custom Sea Doo cover.It has a great sound system featuring AM/FM/CD player.It has a floor locker for a ski or noodles or toys, 2 built-in coolers for beverages, huge storage behind the seats for everything, a sun deck, a swim platform and a glovebox for dry storage. This is a 4 stroke engine and it unbelievably easy on gas. I cannot tell you how little gas this boat uses. I'm going to miss that. It is a three cylinder, 155 HP engine, that is fuel injected, and naturally aspirated.
